This Privacy Policy describes how SIA Kadi Tech ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Fishing Latvia mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

3.1 Information Collected Directly by the App

Starting with version 1.0.0 (versionCode 38), the App offers optional account features. When you create an account (via Google, Apple, or email and password), we collect and store the following information through Firebase:

• Account data: email address, unique user ID (UID), and display name / nickname
• Fishing reports you create: text, geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude), attached photos, and the UID of the author
• Personal map points you create: coordinates, type, title, description, attached photos, and owner UID
• Photos uploaded to reports and points (stored in Firebase Storage)

Account creation is optional. If you use the App without signing in, no personal data is collected by the App directly. All user-generated content (reports, points, photos) is created voluntarily by you.

3.2 Information Collected by Third-Party Services

While our App does not collect personal data directly, we use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services include:

Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase (provided by Google) for authentication, database, and file storage. Firebase processes the following information:

• Firebase Authentication: email address, user ID (UID), display name, sign-in provider (Google / Apple / Email)
• Cloud Firestore: user profile (UID, nickname), fishing reports (text, coordinates, photo references, author UID), personal map points (coordinates, type, title, description, photo references, owner UID)
• Firebase Storage: photos attached to reports and map points
• Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, app usage, and crash diagnostics

Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the App. AdMob may collect and process the following information:

• Device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers)
• Advertising ID
• IP address
• App usage data and interaction with advertisements
• Approximate location (based on IP address)

RevenueCat

Our App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13.

8. Your Rights and Choices

8.1 Advertising Choices

You can limit ad tracking on your device:

• Android: Go to Settings > Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy > Advertising > Limit Ad Tracking

8.2 Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through one of the following channels:

In-app

Open the App, go to Menu → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is performed immediately.

By email

Send an email to info@kaditech.lv with the subject "Delete account" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process the request within 30 days.

The following data is permanently deleted:

• Your account (email, UID, nickname)
• All fishing reports you created (text, coordinates, photos)
• All personal map points you created (coordinates, details, photos)
• All photos uploaded by you to Firebase Storage

This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

For information collected by third-party services (AdMob, RevenueCat, Google Play), please refer to their respective privacy policies and use their data deletion mechanisms.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

10. International Data Transfers

The third-party services we use may transfer and process data in countries outside of your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the App, you consent to such transfers.

11. GDPR Compliance (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:
